Who We Are



We are WSP, Inc. (Worldwide Strategic Partners) – a PR agency from the Philippines servicing various markets around the world with our global network of partners.

Our team of professionals comes from all sides of the communications spectrum (public relations, advertising, journalism, marketing, brand management, digital media, government relations, and finance). Together, we are passionate about creating work that sparks meaningful change through transformative ideas and influential content, leveraging our global network and solid experience.



Our Story

WSP, Inc. was registered with the SEC on October 2, 2019, and officially started operations on January 1, 2020. At the time, COVID-19 was already spreading across different parts of the world, including the Philippines. By March 2020, WSP declared an indefinite work-from-home setup ahead of the government’s official declaration of the first nationwide lockdown.

As uncertainty hit the country, we strove to keep our employees, and in fact hired more people to maintain operations. We continued to help our clients sustain stakeholder confidence through consistent and significant communication strategies.

It is this resilience and experience that shaped who we are today – a powerhouse in reputation management and crisis communications.

Starting out in advertising, Diana has worked for over 20 years with established firms such as Lintas, J. Walter Thompson, and FCB. She jumped to public relations as Weber Shandwick Philippines' president in 2012, before taking the helm at WSP, Inc. in 2019 as Chairman and President.

Diana's expertise led her to roles as juror for esteemed international industry award-giving bodies such as Spikes Asia and PR Week Asia, and locally for Public Relations Society of the Philippines.

Minnie specializes in corporate and consumer communications. She has been at the forefront of numerous multi-market campaigns in her career in advertising and public relations, spearheading award-winning work for some of the Philippines’ largest and iconic brands today.

Minnie believes in the value of collaboration, the importance of continuous learning, and harnessing the power of perception to build lasting and meaningful brand reputation.

Agnes has been working in the PR, advertising and marketing services industries for over 25 years now. Through the years, she has covered a diverse range of clientele coming from health and pharmaceuticals, banking and finance, consumer goods and durables, real estate, education, travel and tourism, energy, and technology.

Agnes has won several awards in her career, including the Asia-Pacific Regional Award in Perth, Australia; CBI Award for Philippine Daily Inquirer; DOT’s campaign for North America; Gold and Platinum awards for Warner TV, Grab, and Asian Hospital.

Tahl is a Public Affairs specialist with a solid experience in stakeholder and government relations for more than 20 years, having worked with different public units and private businesses in different sectors including economic, trade, health, banking, power, aviation, tourism, telco, and logistics sectors.

Tahl had been part of award-winning advocacies covering various issues. A writer at heart, she has stories published in national publications.

Joy has a full immersion in the fields of media, corporate communications, and public relations.

Prior to her role in WSP, Joy was a full-time business reporter for The Manila Times covering finance topics. She also contributed stories on telecommunications and information technology.

She was a featured speaker in a PRSP Summit wherein she talked about perception in the age of social media.

Carmie has a combined experience of over 30 years as a writer and editor, copywriter and creative director in advertising, public relations, and corporate communications.

Her work in PR includes strategic development and writing for consumer, corporate, and crisis communications.

Carmie has been part of winning teams for Anvil Awards, Stevie® Awards, Tambuli Awards, and Araw Awards. She conducts writing workshops and lectures for college students and professionals.
