Overview

The Content Specialist is responsible for shaping brand reputation and visibility. In this dynamic role, the specialist will develop strategic, platform-specific PR content aligned with client goals, collaborate closely with creative teams, and bring bold ideas to life across digital and traditional channels.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Content and Development Team, Client Experience Team, Media Relations, and other WSP Inc. departments to achieve shared goals.
2. Conduct research on relevant stories and strategically plan the content rollout.
3. Conceptualize and execute innovative PR stories, content, and creative campaigns that aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
4. Develop, write, edit, and publish a variety of engaging content, from social media posts and compelling scripts to persuasive digital copy, adapting your style to fit each project's unique needs.
5. Develop content that elevates the visibility and positive perception of both WSP Inc. and our valued clients.
6. Present content ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure alignment and strategic direction.
7. Support the development and execution of strategic plans to manage and respond to potential reputational crises

Qualifications

· Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in public relations, communication, journalism, marketing, or other related fields.
· With at least 2 years of related experience in the same capacity.
· Tech-savvy and updated with current digital media trends, and knowledgeable in social media management, PR tools, and digital marketing platforms.
· Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
· Adept at handling client relationships and coordinating with different teams.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
· Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
